Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical setting in El Paso, TX. You will assess, plan, implement, and supervise direct clinical care while ensuring safety and infection control standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of RN experience (acute care preferred), current licensure, and relevant certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in acute care.
• Current licensure, certification (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Supervise staff and ensure safety, risk management, QI, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate patient care based on medical protocols and medications administration.
• Administer medications safely and perform HICS during emergencies; follow codes/policies.
• Discharge patients with optimal outcomes while managing resources.
