About our Orthopedic Surgery Team:
We’re seeking a registered nurse to join our team of diverse nursing professionals. We welcome experienced nurses with backgrounds in Orthopedics and the Operating Room. In our dynamic healthcare environment, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their surgical journey.
Responsibilities
- Establish authentic personalized relationships with patients and their support system.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Utilize scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
- Manage and provide care in accordance with policies and procedures, accepting responsibility and accountability.
- Embrace diversity and inclusion to ensure remarkable healthcare.
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences consistently.
- Foster a safe patient environment based on "First Do No Harm" principles.
- Promote teamwork, engagement, and community involvement.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Orthopedic experience preferred.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- One year of acute nursing experience.
