Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR). The position offers an $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and requires full-time evening shifts with on-call duties discussed during interview.

The RN will provide competent nursing care following the nursing process, maintain standards of practice, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure high-quality perioperative care for patients in a Level III Trauma

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN or higher preferred.
• Virginia or compact multistate RN license in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Experience: RN in a hospital setting; OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
