Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse in Castle Rock, Colorado to provide exceptional patient care in a full-time day shift. The role emphasizes developing comprehensive care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administering treatments, and monitoring progress.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience, an active RN license, and CPR certification. Relocation and sign-on options may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ year of medical-surgical experience required.
• RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to prescribed protocols.

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
