As an Operating Room First Assistant (RN ORFA), you will serve as the primary assistant to the surgeon during surgery. Your responsibilities include preparing and handling surgical equipment and instruments, cutting and handling tissue, controlling bleeding, monitoring patient status, and bandaging wounds. You will play a vital role in preventing and reducing disease and promoting healing among patients.

Minimum Requirements
