Job summary

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is expected to ensure the delivery of safe and quality patient care. Perform, adapt, and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures. Administer medications accurately and safely. Document according to policies and procedures and demonstrating technical skills specific to the nursing unit.

Required

• Active valid New Jersey RN license
• ASN
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association AHA
• Minimum of one year OR RN experience
• Ability to scrub and circulate

Preferred

• BSN or willing to sign a 5‑year agreement to obtain a BSN
• CNOR

Scheduling Requirements

• Day shift, 36 hours per week

Essential Functions

• Ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care.
• Perform, adapt, and safely demonstrate procedures required by patients according to policies and procedures.
• Administers medications accurately and safely.
• Documents according to policies and procedures. Performs, demonstrates and documents technical skills specific to the nursing unit.
