Premier Health Partners in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room at Miami Valley Hospital North. This full-time role runs 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

with 80 hours per pay. The RN will support patients and families, applying evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced OR setting. Responsibilities include advocating for patients, collaborating with the inter-professional team, and maintaining compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and ethics standards.

REGISTERED NURSE

OPERATING ROOM; MIAMI VALLEY HOSPITAL NORTH

FULL TIME / 7A - 3:30P / 80 HOURS PER PAY

The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients/families/significant others to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support which impacts patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN functions in a versatile role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in the practice of Nursing. The RN utilizes the nursing process in conjunction with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload of patients within the department scope of service. The RN serves as guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader and sentry. The RN collaborates with and guides care delivered by the inter-professional team. The RN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics and applicable regulatory standards.

Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Ohio RN license

Experience: Minimum 1 year of General Operating Room experience as an RN or Surg Tech is required.
