Job summary

Miami Valley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with operating room experience to join our surgical team. This full-time position runs 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., with 72 hours paid per two-week pay period, and requires a valid Ohio RN license.

The RN will advocate for patients and families, collaborate with the interprofessional team, and provide skilled perioperative care in a safe environment, aligning with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Ohio RN license.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required at time of hire.
• BSN preferred; BSN completion or Professional Certification may be required.
• RNs with a minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience may elect to forgo the BSN requirement and sign a Professional Certification MOU within 3 years of hire.
