Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the operating room team in Concord, NC. The OR offers a dynamic, high-performing environment with specialties across orthopedics, robotics, cardiovascular, pediatrics, neuro, spine, plastics, and general surgery.

Flexible scheduling includes 12-hour shifts and call rotations to support work-life balance. We foster growth through mentorship and continuing education for nurses at all levels.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• 5-month residency program designed to prepare RNs without previous OR experience to work in the OR setting.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

We’re Looking For:
