This day-shift, full-time role emphasizes comprehensive nursing care, patient advocacy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based treatments.

The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN license, BLS, and oncology experience; a BSN is preferred. EPIC EMR proficiency and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• Prior patient care experience and comfort with EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and advocate for patients.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for timely care decisions.
• Educate patients and families to support informed care decisions.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity of care.

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. A bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. ONS Chemotherapy/biotherapy certified preferred.
