Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: Deliver individualized care tailored to patient demographics and cultural backgrounds; collaborate effectively with team members through documentation and communication; participate in performance improvement activities and promote evidence-based practice and research; serve as a preceptor or mentor to support workforce development; and develop protocols to improve patient outcomes. They ensure compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and safety goals, proactively plan patient care across the continuum, and support resource management.

Qualifications & Skills: Must hold an active RN license (single or multi-state compact), Basic Life Support certification and a diploma or degree in nursing. Required skills include strong communication, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking abilities, along with proficiency in technology and clinical documentation.
