Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice under the guidance of Nurse Managers and support systems rooted in evidence-based practice, the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, and shared governance. Their responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, emphasizing relationship-based, patient-centered approaches that respect cultural diversity. They collaborate effectively with team members, document care accurately, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. The role involves participating in performance improvement, supporting research activities, and serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth. They ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including legal and accreditation standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and completion of an approved nursing program. Preferred candidates have less than one year of clinical experience and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
