Job summary

They operate under the direction of leadership, ensuring safe, patient-centered, and culturally aware care tailored to diverse populations.

The role involves performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining competence in chemotherapy protocols.

They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, promote safe and quality care, and support performance improvement initiatives.

The clinician serves as a preceptor or mentor, fosters professional development, and engages in continuing education, including oncology certification.

They uphold organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements, participating in research, data collection, and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.
