Responsibilities include assessing conditions, administering medications, wound and ostomy care, monitoring changes, educating residents and families, documenting records, and collaborating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Provide wound care and ostomy care as needed.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians and team members.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and medications.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
