Overview

Position: Occupational Health RN

Facility: Examinetics

Location: Overland Park, KS

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required to start as early as 7:00 AM or stay until 7:00 PM as needed)

On-Call Rotation: Weekend on-call (Fri 7 PM - Mon 7 AM) with separate on-call pay

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Note: This position involves telephonic triage and may be based from Overland Park, KS or Griffith, IN office locations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assess employee needs and eligibility for services, ensuring timely and appropriate case progression.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to care and service access.
  • Monitor employee progress, ensuring adherence to care plans and facilitating timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of employee interactions, care plans, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with employees, employers, and the healthcare team to ensure effective case management and employee compliance, optimizing outcomes.
Job Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Kansas
  • Either a bachelor\'s degree in nursing (BSN) or an associate\'s degree in nursing (ADN)
  • 5+ years of related nursing experience, preferably in ER, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Case Management, IMCU, or Correctional Nursing
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
  • Familiarity with OSHA reporting guidelines preferred
