Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a part-time Night RN for the Clinical Observation Unit. This 28-bed unit cares for observation patients with a short length of stay, under the guidance of a collaborative nursing team.

The RN will coordinate patient care using the nursing process, demonstrate compassionate care, and work to maintain a safe environment aligned with hospital policies and procedures.

Competenze

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Where You Will Work:

Join our Clinical Observation Unit at Magnet designated Condell Medical Center. Here, you’ll find a collaborative, supportive, and highly engaged team committed to delivering compassionate, safe, and exceptional care. This 28-bed unit delivers outpatient services to observation patients who require monitoring and/or treatment that extends beyond the emergency department regimens. Our team cares for patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses with an expected length of stay of less than 24 hours. Our nursing team spans from enthusiastic new graduates to seasoned professionals with decades of practice—alongside dedicated nursing assistants who bring diverse skills and perspectives.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
