Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit in Minnesota. The role focuses on directing and implementing the nursing process, evaluating resources, and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Strong communication is essential for the care team and family interactions. The Nurse Manager will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards within Monarch's network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota.
• Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents.
• Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a nursing unit to ensure quality outcomes of care.
• Evaluate resources and delegate appropriately to optimize care delivery.
• Direct and implement the nursing process including data collection, care plan development, implementation and revision.
• Oversee care of residents through a defined care delivery system.

Nurse Manager, RN

Position Summary:

The Nurse Manager is accountable for the management and leadership of a specific nursing unit. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. They also direct and implement the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, development of care plan, implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The Nurse Manager manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.
