A critical illness recovery hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care for critically ill patients. • ACLS certification must be obtained within the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurately using appropriate systems.
• Interpret diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure accuracy in transcribing and processing medical orders.
• Respond competently in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and their families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
