Salt Lake Behavioral Health is currently seeking a compassionate and talented Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift (6pm-6am) to join our team.

We believe in an individualized, patient-focused approach to diagnosis and treatment. For some, anxiety or drug dependence looks different from others with the same diagnoses, and in some cases, behavioral health and substance use disorders occur simultaneously. In cases of dual diagnosis, we treat patients in the best way possible given their specific circumstances.

The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse responsible for prescribing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care through collaborative efforts with the health team, in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: No minimum required.
• Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Utah State Board of Nursing.
• Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and federal and state regulations. CPR certification and successful completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (Mandt) training within 90 days of employment, prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
