Job summary

Qualifications

Current California RN license required.
BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association required.
NIHSS certification within 6 months of employment.
LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment.
CPI/VIP within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
Delivers individualized quality patient care through a coordinated team approach with physicians, staff and family.
Complies with the California Nurse Practice Act.
Coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Participates in ongoing quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
