The role provides psychiatric and general patient care within a multidisciplinary team, with specialty training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.

Overtime opportunities and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are available. Shifts are 10:45pm–7:15am with options for 24/32/40 hours per week; a weekday differential of $6.00/hr and weekend

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity - Full Time, Overnights

Overnight shift (10:45pm - 7:15am) position with options to work 24, 32 or 40 hours per week. All positions include a comprehensive benefits package. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. Overnight shift offers a +$6.00 per hour shift differential on weekdays and a +$7.95 per hour on weekend shifts.

The Overnight shift position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital’s multidisciplinary treatment team. With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, and crisis intervention techniques.
