Horizon Health is seeking highly organized and self‑motivated RNs for the night shift to work alongside a multidisciplinary team in our 20‑bed adult inpatient psychiatric program at Johnson Regional Medical Center, Clarksville, AR. This position is responsible for assessing, monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms or changes in patient conditions, maintaining accurate patient reports and medical histories, performing mental and physical assessments, administering medication and treatment, providing assistance with daily activities, observing reactions, and managing therapeutic activities including daily groups, education, one‑on‑one sessions, and collaboration with other team members to ensure the best possible care for patients.
