Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift (6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.) in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role serves patients with brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation and multiple traumas.

New increased pay rates: hourly pay range $39.38 - $53.00. Responsibilities include admissions, patient assessments, documentation in EPIC, order processing, and

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
• Clinical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions/transfers.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately in EPIC.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
