Gundersen Health System (Emplify Health by Gundersen) is seeking a full-time NICU RN (0.9 FTE) to join our level III NICU team in Wisconsin. You will provide comprehensive care to critically ill infants, with a 12-hour day/night rotation and every third weekend.

This role offers orientation, opportunities to join the NICU Transport Team, and collaboration with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
• Basic Life Support CPR
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 4 months of hire

NICU RNs provide comprehensive care to critically ill infants.

What you will do:

• 0.9 FTE=72 hours/every two weeks
• 12-hour Day/Night rotation with every 3rd weekend
• 2 holidays/year

After successful orientation and experience, you will have the opportunity to join the NICU Transport Team caring for critically ill neonates during transport under the diction of the Neonatologist. Work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families.

What you need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• NICU RN experience preferred
• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
• Basic Life Support CPR
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 4 months of hire
