Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time (0.6 FTE) RN to join our level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Wisconsin. You will provide comprehensive care to critically ill infants, working 12-hour day/night rotations and a biweekly 48-hour schedule.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing, active Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS, and NRP within 4 months of hire; NICU experience is preferred. You may advance to the NICU Transport Team after orientation.

Qualifications

• NICU RN experience preferred.
• Wisconsin RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification.
• NRP training within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 0.6 FTE (48 hours every two weeks).
• 12-hour Day/Night rotation with every 3rd weekend.
• 2 holidays per year.
• Opportunity to join NICU Transport Team after orientation.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families.

What you will do:

• 0.6 FTE=48 hours/every two weeks
• 12-hour Day/Night rotation with every 3rd weekend
• 2 holidays/year
• After successful orientation and experience, you will have the opportunity to join the NICU Transport Team caring for critically ill neonates during transport under the diction of the Neonatologist.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families.

What you need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• NICU RN experience preferred
• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire
• Basic Life Support CPR
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 4 months of hire
