Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• PA RN license required to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Completion of competencies and trainings as required for role.

Responsibilities

• The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and coordinates with the medical plan of care across disciplines.
• Even in a Level III NICU, collaborates with RNs and PCAs to ensure high-quality neonatal care.
