Community Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU to deliver patient care during night shifts in a Level II NICU. The role requires a strong foundation in nursing standards and commitment to safe, cost-effective care.

This position operates PRN with a minimum commitment of 24 hours across 6 weeks. The RN must hold an Indiana nursing license and have NICU experience, with at least two years in Level II/III/IV units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Two years' RN experience in Level II, III, or IV NICU required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice and the Nurse Practice Act; align with Community Health Network's mission.
• Manage patient care in the NICU to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Provide direct patient care in a Level II NICU.

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The RN in the NICU will provide direct patient care in a Level II NICU.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• 2 years' RN experience in Level II, III, or IV NICU required
