Job summary

The Belmark Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Bellin Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse. This 0.60 FTE position (24 hours/week) offers a chance to care for premature and critically ill infants within a Level III Family Integrated NICU.

You will work rotating day/evening/night shifts, join a multidisciplinary team, and support families through the care journey, providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing while upholding Wisconsin nurse practice standards.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin RN license required.
• No previous RN experience required.

Job Specifics:

• Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
• FTE Status: 0.60 FTE, 24 hours/week
• Hours: Shifts will include a p.m and night rotation, with an every other weekend rotation.
• Unit Description: The Belmark Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a Level III Family Integrated Care NICU featuring 18 private patient rooms designed to keep mothers and babies together throughout their care journey. Our family-centered model promotes bonding, involvement in care, and improved outcomes while providing advanced neonatal services for premature and critically ill infants. We are committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our smallest patients and their families. We are seeking dedicated and passionate NICU nurses to join our team and help support our growing program.

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.

The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.

Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
