Southern HealthCare Management in Florida is seeking registered nurses to join our Baylor program, which concentrates hours into a weekend-focused schedule while preserving full-time hours and benefits.

You will provide direct care in a skilled nursing setting, administer medications, manage wound care, and perform examinations. Required: ASN, RN license in the state, and CPR certification.

Want to Work Fewer Days? Our Baylor Program is designed for nurses who want to concentrate their hours into a weekend-focused schedule.

Baylor schedules can allow qualified employees to work fewer days while still receiving full-time hours or benefits.

• For example, a common Baylor schedule might be:
• Work: Saturday and Sunday
• Hours: Two 12-hour shifts = 24 hour but paid for 32 hour
• Two 16-hour shifts=32 hours but paid for 40 hours
