Job summary

Tenet South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate for a residency program in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The New Grad RN Residency is a 12‑month program with access to experienced clinical educators, hands‑on learning across units, and a supportive cohort to help you transition from student to licensed RN.

Spring 2026 and Fall 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply; a sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 and tuition reimbursement are available as part of a comprehensive pay and benefits

Qualifications

• No previous experience needed.
• BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse License in the State of South Carolina is required.

Role Overview

This RN/registered nurse role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The RN/registered nurse role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
