The RWJBarnabas Health New Graduate RN Residency Program is a one-year program designed to provide new graduate RNs with a supportive learning environment to develop clinical competencies and transition smoothly into professional practice. Highlights include:

Scheduling Requirements:

• Night Shift, 36 Hours Per Week

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN License or pending license with NCLEX completion
• Less than 6 months of RN experience post-graduation
• ASN or BSN degree required
• AHA BLS certification prior to start date
• Interest in Oncology is highly preferred
