Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our acute care team. This full-time role offers a strong benefits package and a $30,000 sign-on bonus.

Overtime opportunities and shift coverage may be available for interested candidates. Texoma Medical Center has a long-standing presence in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, with emphasis on patient-centered care, nursing advancement programs, and a collaborative work environment within UHS.

Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time experience in an acute care setting.
• RQI BLS and ACLS required
• BLS Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required ECC Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. The Standards of Practice set forth by the professional nursing associations will provide guidelines for the competent, safe and professional practice.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:
