Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, based in Michigan, is seeking a compassionate RN to join our outpatient care team. You will triage patients by phone and in-person visits, provide education, and coordinate care to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with providers, care managers, pharmacists, and other specialists; manage referrals, tests, and prior authorizations; and help patients navigate barriers to care. A valid MI RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• RN program completed and licensed in MI.
• CPR certification required.
• 1-2 years clinical experience in medical/physician office preferred.

Make a Meaningful Impact Beyond the Bedside! Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team. • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of clinical experience in a medical or physician office preferred.
