Join Our Neuroendovascular Team at Resurrection Hospital!– Make a Life-Changing Impact Every Day

Step into a vital role within our Neuroendovascular Clinic, where your work directly contributes to preventing strokes and improving patient outcomes. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with three dedicated providers and 2 experienced Nurse Practitioners to coordinate life-saving outpatient procedures, clinical health assessments, and ensure timely care of our patients.

Work Location: 7447 W. Talcott Ave suite 327. Chicago, IL

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30-4:00pm OR 8:00-4:30pm

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Frontline of Prevention: Conduct clinical assessments and case management to identify at-risk patients and support stroke prevention efforts.
  • Master the Details: 90% of your day will consist of administrative responsibilities including scheduling outpatient procedures, managing pre-op testing, and coordinating care across departments.
  • Support Critical Care: Be on-call to support three affiliated providers, ensuring seamless coordination of services and patient needs.
  • Think on Your Feet: Use sound clinical judgment to triage patient calls, escalate urgent issues appropriately, and make decisions that directly impact patient wellness.
  • Ensure Access to Care: Obtain prior authorizations and manage the logistics necessary to ensure timely access to critical neurovascular procedures.
  • Communicate with Purpose: Spend much of your day engaging with providers and patients—ensuring everyone stays informed, prepared, and supported through each step of their care journey.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current state RN license.

2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

3. One year of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting, preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $32.00 to $44.68. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
