Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a skilled RN for Neurosciences to join our 28-bed unit. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in stroke and neuro conditions, following established standards and policies.
We value teamwork and professional growth; the role requires an accredited nursing program completion, RN license in the state, and BLS. Schedule is days, with holidays and weekends as required, in a 36-hour week.

Where You Will WorkJoin our 28-bed Neurosciences Unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus, proudly recognized by The Joint Commission as an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center and a Pathway to Excellence® designated hospital. Our team provides exceptional care to patients with stroke, seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and other complex neurological conditions. The unit features six Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) rooms for continuous EEG monitoring and three Intermediate Care beds for patients requiring advanced observation and specialized nursingexpertise. About This Location:Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457-bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties. As a designated Level III Trauma Center, we provide comprehensive emergency services and a wide range of specialty medical care.
