Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across behavioral health settings. Roles span children to older adults in inpatient, residential, outpatient, and specialty programs, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Onsite positions may include weekends and varied shifts. Requirements include Michigan RN licensure and a nursing degree; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate nursing care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, discharge, and aftercare planning.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in crisis intervention, safety management, and recovery-focused care.
• Delegate tasks and provide leadership to clinical staff.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Multiple Opportunities Available

Pine Rest is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, person-centered care across our behavioral health system. Opportunities are available working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in inpatient, residential, outpatient, and specialty behavioral health programs.

We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) opportunities available throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
