Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our in-office team in Tucson, AZ. The RN will provide care using the Nursing Process, ensuring safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires AZ license, BLS and ACLS, with 2+ years of telemetry experience. You will float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita as needed, on a 13-week contract.

Qualifications

• AZ license and current RN licensure in Arizona.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry or MS/telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process per policy and act with clinical leadership.
• Monitor telemetry, respond to changes, and document in Cerner.
• Float between four facilities as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality through adherence to shifts and ratios.

Position Description

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
