Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Tucson, AZ for a float pool position. You will float across Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton and Northwest Sahuarita, covering 7:00 am to 7:30 pm shifts with a 3/12-hour schedule.

Requirements include BLS, ACLS, an Arizona RN license, and at least 2 years of experience. A 48-hour guarantee may be considered by the facility.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Arizona RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry/medical‑surgical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment and leadership in planning for safe delivery of care; delegate and supervise assigned staff.
• Float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton and Northwest Sahuarita as needed.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

THIS IS A FLOAT POOL POSITION - SOMUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT between departments and the following four facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton and Northwest Sahuarita

DAYS Shift: 7a - 7:30p

Starting within 2wks of offer acceptance preferred
