Position Description

Travel: RN MS/Tele Oncology 2SE. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week. Holidays as required; every other weekend.

The unit is a 16‑bed Oncology unit with a 1:5 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, dedicated to administering chemotherapy to patients with a variety of cancer diagnoses.

The multidisciplinary team includes oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff, working compassionately to provide optimal healing environments.

Education

• Associate degree in nursing

Certifications

• AHA BLS or Red Cross

Licenses

• Registered Nurse – State of Alabama or Compact license (no temporary licenses accepted)

Experience

• Two years of experience, or 18 months of experience under the highest professional license, with at least one year of recent experience in the specialty
