Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. in Ardmore, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit at Lankenau Medical Center to work weekends, 7:00pm–7:30am, every other Saturday and Sunday. The role requires 1 year of recent acute care Mother Baby experience, with 2+ years preferred; RN Diploma or ASN is required, BSN preferred.

Licenses, BLS, and NRP are required. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, participate in committees, and contribute to a positive patient experience while

Qualifications

• One year of recent acute care Mother Baby experience required.
• Two plus years of Mother Baby experience preferred.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred; PA RN license or multi-state license via compact.
• BLS (American Heart Association/Red Cross) required; NRP required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to mothers after childbirth and their newborns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve patient experience.
• Participate in committees and nursing development programs to enhance practice.

Working Every Other Weekend as a Staff Nurse in Mother and Baby will offer you the experience of collaborating with an interdisciplinary team within the 28 bed -unit. Your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for women after childbirth and their newborns.

7:00pm- 7:30am Every Other Weekend, Saturday and Sunday

Experience:

One year(s) of recent acute care Mother Baby experience required. Two plus years of Mother Baby experience preferred.

RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
