The role may include variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call hours, with duties including floating to various units based on clinical needs and competency.

Overview

• Critical Access Hospital
• 64 hours / 2 weeks
• Variable Monday - Friday Day Shift Hours
• On-Call Rotation

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies and standards.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, providing education to patients and families.

Education and Experience

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Certification and Licensure

• Current IL RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days; ACLS and PALS within one year.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
