.7 FTE - 10 AM - 7 PM - Remote Position - Must be within 60 miles of Rochester, MN and within the state of Minnesota
Starting Pay - $34.33 - $47.20 (Based on Experience)

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited professional nursing program
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (Northwest Clinic and Hospital locations only, including departments of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Acute Care, Cardiology, Pain Management, and Pediatrics)
- Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
Practice of Professional Nursing includes but is not limited to:
- Provides comprehensive assessment of patient health status through data collection, analysis, and synthesis to establish a baseline and plan of care. Addresses changes in patient condition.
- Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and coordinate an integrated plan of care.
- Develops nursing interventions to be incorporated into the care plan.
- Implements nursing care through independent actions and delegated interventions ordered by healthcare providers.
- Delegates nursing tasks or assigns activities to implement the care plan.
- Provides safe and effective nursing care, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Advocates for patients' best interests.
- Evaluates responses to interventions and the effectiveness of the care plan.
- Coordinates with other healthcare professionals in care management across settings.
- Provides health promotion, disease prevention, care coordination, and case finding.
- Designs and evaluates teaching plans based on patient needs.
- Participates in healthcare policy and procedure development.
- Ensures quality of care, recognizes limits of knowledge, and performs within competency levels.
- Manages, supervises, and evaluates nursing practice.
- Maintains organizational and nursing competencies relevant to practice area.
- Manages information in compliance with regulations.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
