Job Summary

The Staff Nurse applies and demonstrates knowledge of the delivery of professional nursing care, including all aspects of practice, as defined by the MN Board of Nursing and reinforced in St. Luke's policies. Responsibilities include planning, delegating to, and organizing nursing personnel; managing and coordinating information between patients, families, and healthcare team members; providing education to patients, families, and staff; and evaluating outcomes.
