This job acts as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. It involves delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring quality patient outcomes, respecting cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity, and supporting the department's strategic goals. The role requires professional responsibility and accountability for one's own practice, aligning with the company's nursing philosophy.
