• Assess and monitor patients, providing direct and indirect care across settings.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and patient age/condition.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Assist physicians with procedures and support safety and cost-effective care.
• Address psychosocial needs and facilitate discharge planning.
