Sign-on and retention bonuses are available. You will coordinate daily medical services and lead clinical teams to ensure quality patient care. The RN MTA will balance hands-on nursing with clinical coordination, oversight of patient care, and ongoing collaboration

Qualifications

What You'll Do
As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll combine hands-on nursing with clinical coordination and oversight to help keep healthcare services running smoothly.

• Oversee and coordinate daily healthcare services while supporting quality, patient-centered care.
• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and respond to changing patient needs.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff.
• Coordinate patient care with medical providers and other members of the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with correctional personnel and facility leadership regarding healthcare operations.
• Help maintain consistent clinical practices and compliance with established protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Support the organization of daily medical department activities and continuity of care.
• Use sound clinical judgment to prioritize responsibilities and address patient care needs.
