Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. The role blends direct nursing with clinical coordination to ensure high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekends off and no overnights. A sign-on and retention bonus are available to attract a skilled nursing leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily healthcare services while supporting quality, patient-centered care.
• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and respond to changing patient needs.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff.
• Coordinate patient care with medical providers and other members of the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with correctional personnel and facility leadership regarding healthcare operations.
• Help maintain consistent clinical practices and compliance with established protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Support the organization of daily medical department activities and continuity of care.
• Use sound clinical judgment to prioritize responsibilities and address patient care needs.

What You'll Do
