Join our team as a Medical/Surgical Telemetry Nurse (RN M/S-T), providing care to patients experiencing illness, injury, or surgical recovery. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs via telemetry (blood pressure, heart rhythm, respiration, oxygen saturation), administering medications, changing dressings, and documenting in patient charts. You will also support and educate patients to promote health and prevent future issues.
