Join our team as a medical/surgical telemetry nurse (RN M/S-T), providing care to patients experiencing illness, injury, or other medical or surgical conditions. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring blood pressure, heart rhythm, respiration, and oxygen saturation via telemetry, administering medications, changing dressings, and documenting in patient charts. You will also support and educate patients to promote recovery and prevent further health issues.
