Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical unit at Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL. This full-time night shift position offers 36 hours per week with every other weekend rotation and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure in the state of practice, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.30

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical unit. Ideal candidates in this setting are incredibly important members of the medical team who have the humbling task of caring for our sickest and most vulnerable patients. RNs not only provide high-quality medical care, but they also provide a healing touch and a compassionate presence to patients and their families during joyful, stressful and uncertain times.

Department: Medical/Surgical Unit

Core Function: Nursing

Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift | 36 hours/week; Every other weekend rotation

Facility: Good Shepherd Hospital

Location: Shelbyville, IL

Compensation: Based on experience, plus shift differentials for night, weekend shift differentials

Sign on bonus up to $15,000

Education Qualifications
